The Challenge

Our customer, one of the largest ecommerce companies in the world, has been rapidly scaling operations for over a decade. With hundreds of facilities exceeding a million square feet—and thousands of employees and vehicles at each site—maintaining safety and operational efficiency became a critical concern. They recognized that real-time location visibility would be essential, and after a comprehensive review of available vendors, they reached out to Redpoint.

The Solution

Redpoint partnered with a material handling equipment manufacturer to co-develop a full-featured RTLS warehouse solution. This system supports multiple use cases—from forklift collision avoidance and navigation to asset tracking and fleet management. Redpoint’s open APIs enable seamless integration with telematics, WMS platforms, and partner forklifts. At the core of the solution are Redpoint’s patented DL-TDoA and XDI technologies, which provide each forklift with spatial awareness and real-time reaction capabilities based on each facility’s safety policies.
