Andy brings more than 35 years of global business experience to Redpoint. Having run successful startups and served as an executive at Fortune 500 companies, he has experience managing large teams as well as growing businesses from the bottom up.
Andy co-founded Innoventure Partners, an advisory and investment company with a global focus on disruptive technologies and solutions. He was formerly CEO of D Mobile, a digital content distribution business, where he secured contracts with leaders throughout the Asia/Pacific region. Another highlight of his career was as Vice President, Strategic Alliances & Business Development for RadioShack Corporation where he identified new markets, formulated strategic alliances, and identified new and transformational technologies in the U.S., Israel, Korea, Europe, China and Japan.
He has led a myriad of operational departments, from manufacturing and distribution, to marketing and sales for many products and companies both in the United States and abroad. Andy has founded, managed, sold, and acquired companies at varying stages throughout his career, understanding intimately how to create value, manage efficiently, and grow quickly. Passionate about building relationships, he brings his extensive network and knowledge, expertise across each of the global markets, and a passion for technology to Redpoint.

20+ years of experience in software development for wireless communication systems and digital networks.
Georgiy has spent his career in product development for wireless communication systems and digital networks. He met Chunjie at Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs (MERL) where Georgiy led the development of multiple projects that included transmitting voice/image over Zigbee, Location Centric Networks, and the DLNA standard for interoperability.
Prior to MERL, Georgiy worked as a technical lead for several companies, developing a broad range of technologies and products including warehouse management and health monitoring systems.
Georgiy holds a MSc degree in System Engineering from Kharkiv Aviation Institute (Ukraine).
